Own platform development and roadmap delivery for Booking.com’s external partner platform and live globally in 30 languages, with ~500k identified partner visits a month. Took an AI-powered search optimisation programme from concept through pilot to full rollout.
Built payment propositions across two markets: buyer-protection development for Marktplaats.nl, then the live payment proposition for 2dehands.be with Payconiq, working across engineering, UX, finance and legal.
Product vision and roadmap for a marketing-automation platform for SMEs; launched a content management module and tied retention work to OKR-aligned metrics.
Roadmap ownership for live, large-scale platforms: requirements, API integrations, compliance, launch and adoption.
